Junadi will be fulfilling an integral role in the launch of CGF’s Healthy & Effective Boards offering aimed at assessing board members’ performance from a competency, ethics and physical well-being point of view.  In the face of increasing stakeholder demands and expectations, turbulent economic conditions and multiplying business complexities, boards are being pressured to ensure that they comprise independent, competent, astute, diligent and ethically proficient individuals who will be held accountable for their actions and decisions.  Against this backdrop, succession planning becomes imperative.

CGF’s holistic and progressive approach to board evaluations recognises that that the “fitness” of the board is essential to establishing a strong, healthy, vibrant and appropriately skilled leadership team capable of governing the organisation ethically and effectively with a view to building a robust and sustainable organisation.
